You agree to use these tools in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of any connected third-party platforms.

Access to certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account. Streamer profiles and portal access are managed by CRIT administrators.

3. Third-Party Platforms

CRITLINK may integrate with third-party services such as Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and Discord. CRITLINK is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse CRITLINK, including but not limited to: attempting to disrupt the service, accessing data you are not authorized to access, or using the platform to violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CRITLINK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform or any connected third-party service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the CRIT Gaming Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CRITLINK.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CRITLINK after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
